When We Attend On-Site It Is Not Just The Individual Technician That Attends But The Skills And Experiences Of The Whole Company Is Available To You As Well. 

In Addition To Repairs We Also Do Software Configuration, Sales Of New Computers Built To Your Specifications (Not Off The Shelf) And Upgrades To Older Computers. If You Need Something More Sophisticated Like A Network Then We Can Design, Supply And Install All Your Hardware And Software Needs. Renting Available. 

Where Did We Come From?
The Business First Started In 1992 As A Computer Retail Shop In Langwarrin, A Southern Suburb Of Melbourne. It Did Not Take Long To Realise That Better Customer Service Can Be Achieved By Fixing Computers And Peripherals At The Customers Home Or Office. In 1994 The On-Site Repair Arm Of The Business Commenced Followed In 1997, 1999 and 2003 By The Acquisition Of More Competitors.

Whilst We Have Evolved The Business Over The Years We Have Never Stopped Focusing On Our Core Purposes;

To Provide High Quality On-Site Service.

To Supply Top Quality Computers And Components.

Normal Response Time To A Problem Is Usually Within 3 Hours And That Covers All Of The Melbourne Metropolitan Area And The Mornington Peninsula. Booking A Priority Service Call Will Get Us There Within 2 Hours. With Other Companies (And Certainly Individuals) These Options Are Not Always Available.

When You Compare Our 7 Day A Week Standalone And Network Rate Of $75 Per 1/2 Hour, Including GST, It Puts Us Many Dollars Per Hour Below Our Competitors. Those Charges Are Fixed. There Are No Hidden Fees Like Call-Out Charges Or Travelling Time. Nor Do We Charge A Higher Rate To Go To Portsea, Flinders, Sunbury Or Lilydale, Etc.
